Royal H-Series hydraulic cylinders are tie rod style NFPA standard and meet the needs of rugged industrial applications. They are heavy-duty cylinders made from all steel components and are designed ease of maintenance and a trouble-free long life. Twenty four mounting styles are available. Available bore sizes are from 1 1/2" to 8". For other sizes or custom cylinders please contact the factory.

H SERIES ACCESSORIES

Proximity Switch - mounts into tapped holes in cylinder heads to send an end-of-stroke signal. Various types, sizes and mounting styles are available.

Alignment Coupler (ex. AC-1250F) - attaches onto the thread of any cylinder piston rod. Alignment couplers prevent binding and wear that misalignment may cause, extending the gland bushing and seal life of the cylinders.

Mounting Bracket, clevis type (ex. HCM2) - adapts to Pivot Eye mount cylinder (HE) or HE rod eye (ex. HE2).

Pivot Pin - nitro hardened. Two styles are available; one that adapts to the HC rod clevis or HCM clevis-type mounting bracket (ex. P3). The other adapts to the HWM mounting bracket (ex. HWP15). Both styles come complete with cotter pins.

Rod Eye, Self Aligning-male thread (ex. HRES-1) - attaches to female thread on piston rod and will adapt to Self Aligning Eye Type Mounting Bracket (ex. HWM15).

Rod Eye, Self Aligning-female thread (ex. HWE15) - attaches to male thread on piston rod and will adapt to Self Aligning Eye Type Mounting Bracket (ex. HWM15).

Rod Eye (ex. HE15) - attaches to male thread on piston rod and will adapt to Clevis Type Mounting Bracket (ex. HCM15).

Rod Clevis (ex. HC15) - attaches to male thread on piston rod and will adapt to Eye Type Mounting Bracket (ex. HM15).

One-piece custom clevis; no weld and super strong. This one also has thread clamping feature. Contact Sales for your custom needs.

One-piece custom female rod eye; no weld and super strong. This one also has thread clamping feature.

One-piece custom male threaded rod eye; no weld and super strong. S/A bearing retained by pair of snap rings.

Royal TH-Series hydraulic cylinders are Linear Positioner cylinders providing a feedback electronic signal which offers complete control of cylinder position and speed. The design is based on our proven H-Series NFPA cylinders. Royal offers two designs for mounting a position sensor; the common external threaded housing design - T3H, and the internal plug design with remote electronics housing mounted directly to the cylinder - T4H. Non-contact position sensing transducers from manufacturers such as MTS Temposonic or Balluff are typically used. Customers supply and install the sensor for T3H or send for factory installation for T4H (recommended). Sixteen mounting styles are available in standard tie-rod construction. Available bore sizes are from 1 1/2" to 6". For other sizes or custom cylinders please contact the factory.
