“They don’t brush off things. Even small things. Royal wants to achieve that highest level.”
Cylinders
Electric Actuators
Electric cylinders are precision actuators that convert rotary motion from a motor into controlled linear motion, offering a clean, efficient, and highly accurate alternative to hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Ideal for applications requiring precise positioning, programmable control, and low maintenance, electric cylinders are commonly used in automation, robotics, and manufacturing processes. They eliminate the need for fluid power, making them well-suited for environments where cleanliness and energy efficiency are priorities. At Royal Cylinders, we provide high-quality electric cylinder solutions designed for performance, reliability, and flexibility—customizable to meet the evolving demands of modern industry.
Cylinders
Pneumatic Cylinders
Pneumatic cylinders, also known as air cylinders, are mechanical devices that use compressed air to produce linear motion and force. Lightweight, fast-acting, and cost-effective, they are commonly used in automation systems, manufacturing, packaging, and other applications where speed and precision are essential. Pneumatic cylinders are ideal for environments where cleanliness and low maintenance are priorities, offering smooth operation with minimal downtime. At Royal Cylinders, we design and manufacture high-quality pneumatic cylinders that deliver consistent performance and durability, helping our customers achieve efficient and reliable motion control across a wide range of industries.
Cylinders
Custom Cylinders
Custom cylinders are specifically designed to meet unique application requirements that standard cylinders cannot accommodate. Whether it’s an unusual size, stroke length, mounting configuration, material, or performance specification, custom cylinders offer tailored solutions for complex or demanding environments. At Royal Cylinders, we specialize in designing and manufacturing custom hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders that align perfectly with our clients’ technical and operational needs. With a collaborative approach and decades of design expertise, we ensure that every custom cylinder we build delivers optimal performance, durability, and precision—no matter the challenge.
Cylinders
Hydraulic Cylinders
Hydraulic cylinders, also known as air cylinders, are mechanical devices that use compressed air to produce linear motion and force. At Royal Cylinders, we design and manufacture high-quality hydraulic cylinders that deliver consistent performance and durability, helping our customers achieve efficient and reliable motion control across a wide range of industries.
Custom
Manifolds
We’re proud to share that a recent set of custom manifolds that were sold to a customer in the film and television industry. Using a customer provided hydraulic schematic and a rough envelope for where the cylinder, manifold, and control valves needed to fit within their assembly, Royal took on this challenge, utilizing a combination of custom-designed and off-the-shelf components.
Cylinder
Accessories
Cylinder accessories play a crucial role in optimizing the performance, installation, and functionality of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric cylinders. These components—such as mounting hardware, rod ends, clevises, pivot brackets, sensors, and seals—enhance versatility, improve alignment, and ensure reliable operation in a wide range of applications. The right accessories not only extend the life of the cylinder but also simplify integration into existing systems. At Royal Cylinders, we offer a comprehensive selection of high-quality cylinder accessories, designed for compatibility, durability, and ease of use—ensuring that every cylinder performs at its best in your specific application.
