About Our Manifolds
Royal Cylinders has been a North American leader in the design and manufacture of heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders, pneumatic cylinders, and electric actuators for over 60 years.
We’re proud to share that a recent set of custom manifolds that were sold to a customer in the film and television industry. Using a customer provided hydraulic schematic and a rough envelope for where the cylinder, manifold, and control valves needed to fit within their assembly, Royal took on this challenge, utilizing a combination of custom-designed and off-the-shelf components. Within five weeks, we designed, manufactured, and tested six custom Royal TH-Series Positioner cylinder with custom manifolds. In the Royal shop, we have the capability to design and manufacture complex manifolds with a wide range of ports and valve cavities, meeting the unique demands of any application.
